Transverse recall ??

Transverse recall ??
I just bought a 02 Maxima a little while ago and looked under the car yesterday b/c i have some rattles. I was reading that there is a recall for the transverse control arms in the front. I have been tring to check out sites to see if there are any to put my VIN # in to see if any recalls have been done all ready. Should i just call the dealer and should they still do it if my car is infact one of the recalled ?

yes you should call the dealer any dealer and give them you VIN and they can give you detailed list of the work done.
I did this with an Acura I was looking at one time.... It had a tranny recall and they confirmed it had been done!
