Digital Climate Control buttons lights are burned out can those be replaced?

The ECON & recirculation are there bulbs behind there that can be replaced.

Yes, they can be. There is a detailed How-to somewhere in these forums that I followed to change mine last year.

 

I know for a fact that the "white" general lighting lights behind the climate control can be replaced as I replaced the bulbs in my 5th gen digital control last year. As far as the colored light behind the recirculate button...I think it is lit by a very small LED (from what I remember when I took apart my climate control) and I believe that the LED is soldered to the circuit board...someone correct me if I'm wrong?
