ABS LIGHT?
There's no need to bump it, especially if it's still on the front page. Serves no purpose
If you mention which year your car is, we could actually help. What works on the 5th gen doesn't work on the 5.5...
Either way, if you use that pesky little search button, you could've easily found your answer without even needing to start a thread, or wait for responses.
...how would you have hit an ABS sensor when you're wiping your engine down?
Did you wipe it down from the wheel wells or something?

Do you hear a winding up noise coming from under he hood when you turn the ignition key to start? My ABS light came on as well, it might be a bad sensor or in the worse case a bad sending unit. I'm not going to worry about it, the computer shuts the ABS down and reverts to a mechanical breaking system. I have an 01 and it's just not worth the time and money to be dropping 1500 bucks to get the thing fixed.
