Just get a universal 1 from AutoZone etc. and have an exhaust shop weld it in.

I have talked to Brian about this problem. I have the same problem (became unavoidably obvious when i replaced my new cat and cat-back and took a look at the inside of it ) and he expected the flex section to be a 10" by 2 1/2" or 2 1/4". I expect to get a double layer and get it installed soon. Hoping the exhaust shop can weld it in fairly easily?

Go to Summit/Jegs/Vibrant Performance....I would suggest Vibrant over the others since they do offer one that's inner lined for heavy duty turbo service requirements! I curious what kind of cat or catback systems you guys are running that caused your Ypipe flex sections to fail? I sold mine (Cattman Ypipe VQ35) earlier this year and it still looked new inside and out!

You live in Texas...the people with flex sections that are breaking (myself included) are probably mostly up north.

Those are Cattman's that are failing? About how old is our Ypipe? It is T-304 Stainless Steel...

Bad motor mounts would probably tear it apart over time.
