03 max spark plugs info
I have an 03 maxima Se, and i need some information regarding spark plugs. My local mechanic talks to much and i need to understand him when he speaks.
When i first got my car i had my girls brother change my spark plugs. He is a mechanic and he did the job for free so i was content. He has all the tools so i thought i was coming off with a great deal.
Anyways I took my car to my regular mechanic and he said that my spark plugs were put in wrong, or something about the degrees of the spark plug being wrong.
Is my mechanic right?
Info on how to put in and whats right and wrong.

There are some myths / theories, etc. as to how they are clocked with respect to their electrode vs where the combustion chamber is. IMO, it doesn't matter. Doesn't / wont make a huge difference. Just torque them down to their proper specs & you should be fine. (I don't even do that anymore

Mechanic probably knows jack about nissans and imports in general?
Most that I see are dumbfounded when they learn the engine design. Are the domestics that far behind (besides the ones that use jap engines lol)?
