What brand would you guys recommend for a complete lower control arm assembly (including ball joints and bushings) for a 2000 GLE?

 

Nissan. I prefer Moog ball joints myself.

 

OE is a complete unit $135 as the BJ cannot be purchased separately.

I would take a part like this and just go with OEM. I knew a guy who went through 2 in just one year after his original one went bad. He then decided just to go with a Nissan one and he is fine.

I recently did my lower control arm and I decided to go with Nissan as well.

That ball joint is replaceable and is pressed in...Moog should sell a replacement lower ball joint.
