rsb from 99 into 5th gen?

rsb from 99 into 5th gen?

I found a guy selling his addco rsb from a 99 maxima... i think i will need new brackets but the rsb should work right?

Or did addco make 2 different rsb's?

Yes, same part number, but there is an extra set of brackets made for the 5th gen. 5th gen trailing arm is wider by like 1/4 inch. So you would need to have that bracket(s). It might be included with your RSB, ask seller details.

Or have Addco sell you a hardware kit or even Progress technology! Or make the bracket yourself. I have 2 trailing arm U-bolts (Addco) for the 00-03..How much is it worth to you? I would fabricate one if I were you with some flat steel stock and use (4ea) grade 8 3/8x24 bolts and call it the day!

Thanks guys for the input

I'm going to go see if advance auto parts or autozone have these brackets... sometimes they might

If not I'm going to call a friend of mine who does exhaust work to see if he can help fabricate the same... last option... call addco and buy them.
