no sway bars. Just had a thunderstorm here and the squeaking seems to have ALMOST went away. Still slight squeak with heavy spring compression over speed bumps...from what I've read on here, usually if its the spring, rain/wetness will usually temporarily solve the problem, true?

shoot some white lithium grease around the mount and spring seat and see what happens.

the water/dampness acts like a lube so you don't hear it as much when it's wet out.

I was actually wondering about that since I've done it before...about 1 day before the problem really started to get bad. Not sure if there is anyway that spraying the white lith up into the mount could possibly screw something up....

I'll give it a day or 2 to dry out and see what happens. If it comes back, I'll spray some more grease

Any chance that the spring is cracked/damage?? If the strut is not damaged and you have a new top mount then the common denominator is the spring. Just food for thought, you can rent a spring compressor from autozone for free (you have to leave a deposit which is returned)
