funny wheel problem while driving

Before i get to the problem, lemme say i do need an alignment and wheel bearing... now... other than the sound that the wheel makes due to a bad wheel bearing, i was driving home tonight from my ex, when the wheel kinda felt different from any other time, it would feel as though there was something stuck on my right tire causing it to feel like im running over a bump constantly, so the faster i go the faster the lil bump feels, nothing is on the tire... when the car is just in a neutral roll you dont feel it, but anything from 10mph+ you feel it, anybody ever had this and what is the fix???

My problem is similar. But mine is the carrier bearing which I need to get off my a$$ and replace. When I get on it around 50mph the car starts to vibrate or shake as the axle turns. Jack up car and play around and see what has play in it. More than likely thats the culprit.
