Tail Light/Stop Light Wiring

I found and downloaded the wiring diagram online but I found does not match what is in the car. I have searched for a while on here but still am not finding what I need.

I am trying to install some resistors for my LED stop light/brake light so I can get rid of the bulb out warning light.

The diagram I found says the wires going to the plug are Red with a White Stripe for the tail light and Red with a Black Stripe for the brake light. In my car though the wires are Green with a White Stripe and Green with a Yellow Stripe.

Can anyone sort this out for me? I am striking out online and on here as well. I just want to get this stuff installed.

Thanks in advance!!!

Shawn

The ESM says the same. Red/White stripe & Red/Black stripe. The shows the backup lamps as being Green w/white stripe.

Thanks for the help bro. When you said that and knowing what I already knew, I went back and looked closer. The wiring for the entire tail light comes in and goes to a plug that splits it out to the correct bulbs.

Looking closer at that, I found my answer. The wires for the tail light and brake light coming into that main plug are the colors you and that diagram I found. Red/black and red/white. Coming out of the plug and going to the actual bulb and plug they change to Green/Yellow and Green/White. Followed the original colors and hooked up the resistors.
No more bulb out when braking or when the lights are on!!!

Thanks for your help!
