Funny Story

My car needed a jump start today because...well idk but anyways that's not the point

point is my portable jump starter is in the trunk of my car. But there was no power, so there was no way to open the trunk because you have to press the trunk button on the drivers door or use the remote. and these lovely 5.5gens don't have a manual release on the outside.

surfice to say, it was interesting crawling in through the backseat in lovely 113 degree az heat.

n3985 is right. our I35s don't have an external keyhole. Apparently the brains at nissan thought that luxury means removing practical options... haha

Do the rear seats pull down? He could climb into the trunk that way. Regardless, a Nissan engineer or designer should get an F+ for that one.

It's OK to remove the key hole but they should have put a relaese near the back seat for those situations

Also...funny story: My friends cousins Porche Boxters battery died. Battery. Is. Located. In. The. Trunk. And there is no way to open the trunk now because there is no keyhole.

It was an awful day.
