Brake/battery light.

Brake/battery light.

So I was driving on the highway and intermittely see the battery/brake light turn on and off. Any ideas? Battery is brand new BTW.TIA

Usually means alternator is going bad. Easy search for how-to's....

your alternator is on the way out, nissan programed those 2 lights to illuminate simultaneously to warn you off your alternator giving out.

Great exactly what I wanted to hear. Haha. Yeah sorry guys just was done driving on the highway and posted through my phone for a quick response, otherwise I would of searched. Good looking out and thanks to both of you.


Does anyone have an idea of how long after these lights flash intermittently before it goes. I'm going to fix it ASAP but I'd figure I'd ask for an idea if there was supposively a given time line when this happens. Typing on my phone so thanks again. I'm also not near home anyone recommend any place over another?
