Think we can graft it in to a 5th gen rear bumper?

I am planning a dual outlet with dual tip exhaust with this rear bumper grafted into the stock upper half

No, the a'ss is too big.

Any reputable bodyshop could replicate that, though. Hell, I could do that if I had the time.
