So tonight I installed a dual OS sim on my secondaries, and I am still pulling a P0158...even after a 10 min battery pull

Any thoughts?

try the ecu reset, when i put my o2 sim on the ses went off..if it doesnt, check your wiring, or the sim might be bad. pic of the sim? the old white one never worked for me, the new one with the green blinking light has been working for me for years..

I'll try the reset. One of my original sims crapped out, so I pulled them and installed the new dualie...the other ones worked fine, and the dualie has the LED illuminated, SOOOOO, I am hoping the reset will work. Thanks for the input guys, I will try this tonight.

codes don't clear themselves in 10 minutes. It might go away after an hour or so or driving, but the best bet is to clear the code

Hey metal did you get it to work? is the code gone?

question if you dont mind: I just recieved my obx v2's and want to install this weekend. I was going to move the bung and extend my sensors. But the o2 sim is pretty cheap so Im considering that option. What is the benefit of the sim? is this mostly so you dont throw a code for emissions testing? where I live there is no testing so I dont need to worry about throwing codes....

Yeah i cleared the SES and then the light came back on and then a week later it went off on its own. I hooked up the ODBII and the codes were still there but no SES. then the next day it came back on and is still on.
