5 to 5.5 gen fogs

i've searched but i cant find a answer, do they plug right in or is their wiring to be done.

they wont fit unless you get a 5.5 bumper or do some retrofitting. search. this has been discussed before. 5 gen fogs and 5.5 fogs ARE NOT the same.

^^^ anomaly117 would be correct although they look similar in appearance they are a different size and mounting on the 00-01 and different size and mounting for the 02-03 , same problem when it comes to Grilles - Lip Kits two different styles of bumpers

00-01 fogs

Don't know why you'd want to anyway. The 02-03s are extremely prone to cracking. Plus I think the 00-01s look better.

i was gonna come in here and say the exact same thing.. take the advice of us 5.5 gen owners and stick with your stock fogs

come on guys im not a complete newb,i know about the bumper differences and everything. just wanted to know if they were plug and play. the reason why is because i love the 5.5 front end way better than the 5 gen front and wanted to do the conversion.

Seriously, glass just has more gleam, it's much more upscale than plastic. But yeah, they crack. And they're expensive. It's all true.

ah you mean the harness. i would imagine theyd be the same but dont quote me. i thought the same thing about 5 and 5.5 taillight harnesses too
