Need HELP Please!

I dont wanna start off with a huge story so here it is very simply..

None of my headlights or fog lights work at all.. All the other lights in and around the car work fine..

If tried to change the hid ballasts around.. didnt work
Looked at all the fuses.. nothing burnt out, but i opened the fuse box under the hood and there are two spaces for "headlamp" fuses that dont have any fuses. I put fuses in there and still nothing worked..

Please help because this is my only car and I do drive at night when I leave work..

I found this on some site, I think its for a dodge but maybe it will help..

I had the same problem. The solution to this is something called the turn signal/highbeam switch, located in your steering column. This switch has an actuator of some sort that goes bad after a while. It doesn't allow the actuator to turn back into regular headlight mode, instead disabling it. I went to my local junkyard and replaced it. Everything works now.

Does parking light work? Double check and clean the fuse, terminal, maybe loose wire? I would take out the hid and put the stock back on see if it works.

Does parking light work? If not, it might be the switch on the steering column then. Buy a used one and replace it.
This person kind of have the same problem as you but didn't follow up.

It is rare but maybe you blew both bulbs at the same time.

Ignore those two empty fuse locations by the way. PRetty sure those were for daytime running lights.

Even if the fuse(s) look good, I'd change them anyway (or swap 'em with known good fuses if you don't have spares on hand). Last winter I had a fuse blow but it 'looked okay' on first inspection.

Good luck!

I doubt that I blew out the head and fog lights at the same time.

I don't wanna sound stupid but what are parking lights?

check the foglights and headlight relay for power, check the foglight connector for power! Check that the power is leaving the relay going to the ballast power connector...I have an extra stalk brand spanking new, never been used...my 2003 Maxima was 3 month old and I purchased this kit due to cracked foglight lense. I'm sure it's the stalk as well Nissan's always had weird stuff happen when a headlight stalk goes out, even back in the mid 80's.

When I turn on the switch for the headlights I can hear a click. That click was always there when the lights worked. I still get that same click noise but no light.

Parking light is the side marker lights, dimmer tail lights, it turns on before your low beam turns on. If that didn't turn on, it might be the switch on the steering column, I will take it out and inspect.

Yeah all those other lights turn on but the headlights dont.. So even when I pull back on the stalk for the highbeams, I dont even get the highbeam logo on the cluster.
