Ebay Exhaust

Would this be a good exhaust to get and then put on a better muffler? I really dont want a loud exhaust so if I got this one and put on a more quiet muffler would it be worth it? I really want a franken car exhaust but well you know how hard thos are to come across. I would basically just get it for the piping and 130 is a ok price for the piping imo.

Thank you
jake

thats basically a greddy knock off from either a N1, Tsudo, and or BBP and there are sound clips available to help you decide. and i guess it would be a way to get mandrel bent piping if you dont have shops around you that offer it. then again its your car, your choice.

Depends if you go stainless or aluminum...mine was 350, took a couple hours for it to be made custom.

thats ok tho I do want a little growl or I could just cut the stock muffler off and weld it to the Ebay one.

oh and I bet the reason the stock muffler didnt fit was cause the Ebay one is 2.5"

so do you guys think the borla would sound nice and be a descent quiet?

until u get headers... ima be really honest with ya, unless u do the whole cattman catback setup or even a megan (which they will probebly never make for our cars ever again) its gonna be loud... honestly the original greddy doent even sound so bad... but do the 2.5 with the stock muffler or if u really wanna use the axleback go buy a 22" magnaflow resonator (either way ur exhaust shop will be needed)

Jake - you're jumping the gun and not getting what you WANT. I HAVE your Frankencar muffler and the sound/appearance is worth the wait...I just not had the chance to jack my car up high enough to pull it out.

Be patient, you're settling!!!

I have a similar exhaust to that one(where I changed the resonator to a magnaflow due to rasp in the high rpm range), and I had my stock muffler welded on. It is louder than stock on my 5th gen.

it sounds fine because the owner either only have the catback or maybe an intake with it... like i said, if u plan on getting headers, you will be annoyed
