anyone know the type of bulb that goes in our reverse lights?? i wanna order some bluer bulbs, but i've no idea what i'm looking for. i pulled mine out and looked at it. it's a biga$$ wedge looking thing but i could only read sylvania on it and 5w. nothing else was legible.

 

hey try this out it was in the FAQ just scroll down y2kev had all the bulbs for us and be careful with blue reverse bulbs i think they might be illegal

Yeah, because nobody on this board would ever do anything illegal with their car.

The reverse bulbs are 1156...same size as the front turn signal bulbs, but single filament. I just ordered the Polarg G07 from www.autodynamic.com to replace mine. They are on back-order, but they claim to be shipping soon. I'll let you know how they end up looking...the G07 is bright white, but there is a blue G-series bulb available.
