I was wondering how can I get my car to sound like a G35 or my bro fx35? Do I need that muffler or something? It might be a dumb question but I always wanted to know so I can do it. & I really don't want a aftermarket muffler,it sound dumb on auto (in my opinion) Thanks Mel

Because of the unequal legnth y pipes on the FWD VQ35s, it's not possible to get it to sound exactly like it. However, depending on the setup, some come close. I think mine sounds similar to the G/Z tone. Check it out...

If you want something free without redoing your exhaust try the GAB mod (ghetto air box)... It's a little umm... ghetto? haha, but it makes the car sound pretty awesome without being too loud or obnoxious. It's just a nice subtle growl. I like it
-But yeah, I agree, I've heard lots of different combinations of exhaust mods and none can match the G/Z sound for the above reasons.
