235/55/17 on stock GLE rims?

hey i've come across a great deal on a set of Nexen n7000, 235/55/17

ive got a stock suspension.
ive read a couple of posts regarding this throwing the speedo off...

any other adverse effects?
any suggestions?

I run 235/50/17 and I am lowered on S-Tech and KYB GR2's and have not notice any ill effects, if you can get a good deal on the combo I say jump on it ... as for the speedo being off a tad you won't really notice this until you go up to 18" or 19" rims that are not stock dimensions for the Max
