Fog light problem

I have changed the bulb and replaced the relay, but my driver side fog light will not come on. Also, I have checked all fuses that pertain to the fog lights. It has to be some type of wiring issue or short or something. I need help figuring this out, any advice would be appreciated thanks. Would LED tails light bulbs and LED side marker bulbs cause this issue?

unplug the foglight @ chassis harness plug @ wheel well and turn on power! Does the plug have power? If it does then remove the foglight assy from the front valance and remove the rear access cover. Check that the ground wire is actually connected visually, physically and electrically (with a VOM). Make sure the power wire is also engaged properly to the bulb! It's pretty easy, so I know you'll find your problem...

Will try thanks, there is definitely something wrong with some wiring because I took the same lights and plugged them in on the other side and they came on. Is there anything else to check for?

It's in the foglight assy itself then! Check your connections inside the foglight...

I think the connections are good because I connected this fog light on the other side and it worked. So I think my connections are good so I will check everything else that you advised me to check. That's why I connected them to the other side to eliminate the fact that it could be the wiring inside the assembly. I appreciate the input CMAX03, thanks.

Sorry...I misunderstood you...You took the driver's foglight and plugged it into the passenger side and it worked? Try to identify which part you tested...it's hard to know this from that! Check your driver side chassis plug for power and ground (there are two wires), If no power is there I need you to recheck all your fuses both the interior fuse box and engine compartment fuse box. If fuses are good then check the relay coil pins for power or ground with the foglight switch in the on position. Check the other 2 pins for presence of power and ground as well. The Ground should be the bulb side(make sure the foglight is plugged in)....the power side is the fuse/battery side. You can swap the pass with the drivers relay to see if it's a relay problem...Good luck!
