Need some help diagnosing suspension problem

Alright I keep trying to diagnose this suspension problem I am having and I just can't seem to put my finger on what it is. So I figured before I went out and spent the money on some of the parts I have narrowed it down to, I figured I would see if any of you had a similar problem and what you did to fix it.

Here's my problem:

The car under acceleration and cruising at any speed on the highway feels great, it rides like a Cadillac...but whenever I let off the gas and let it just roll on it's own there is like a popping almost banging noise coming from the passenger side of the vehicle underneath the floor pan. I can definitely tell it's a rotational noise because it will slow down or speed up depending on your speed.

My first thought is the passenger CV axle, but I looked at it and tried wiggling it and it wasn't loose at all like my driver one was when I had to replace it.

But if you guys have any ideas or any other things you think I should check I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
