Are Bose's subs interchangeable between '00-'03?

I'm having a problem with my Bose's Subwoofer. sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not. I have searched (so far) that this problem only exists in '00 and '01. Does anyone have done this swap?

00-01 has the CD changer in the trunk
02-03 has the CD changer in the dash

Sorry, i didnt clarify it enough. i mean the Bose Subwoofer. this carp drives me nuts.

i have resolder it and it still the same. i think mine is completely busted

oh that sucks bro i though for sure itd be it well GL have u tried eliminating it all together? thats what i did i get a little extra noise but not enuff to really set it off
