Hm, looks beefy, but I guess my vibrant one does the same job. Do they make any other bracing for the a33?

Actually its not the same as ebay. You could literally bend the ebay bars with your hands which means they are pretty much useless. These look very beefy and solid. The 4point brace look really awesome but it's overkill for our Maximas.

Strut bars work primarily in compresssion.
Were you able to shorten it with your hands?

You can find Name BRAND products on there from time to time, my suspension was from ebay (Illumina's and Eibach)

but to all wow think STB actually make a difference and want to spend $200 go ahead, Just saying that $50 is alittle better of a price to spend. And they work just the same.

i have a RSTB from ebay i dare u to bend it. i attached to the end of a breaker bar and was hang off of it(axle nut) and it still didnt bend. not defending ebay products but a strut bar is a strut bar. they help a little with steering response but other than that they are all the same mostly cosmetic

What I like about this design is the lack of joints, one piece welded construction.

They have a TONNE of stuff for the 4th gens, though! WOW!

It calls itself a FSTB, but looks like a rear-strut product. I don't get it.

However, if you click on the "UR Girl" link... all confusion is immediately forgiven. Or forgotten.

Doesn't seem like a completely worthless company to me. Intrigued by the plethora of 4th gen parts, and maybe they could add the same arsenal for the 5th/5.5gens? I'd like fender braces / RSTB, etc...

I was thinking that exact same thing when I slid past her picture.

However, she's clothed, and she's extremely cute. There's nothing bad here. Enjoy.

(Of course, I say that now, while my girls are still pre-teen.)

And here we go.

The lame "fstb does nothing" debate. No one wins. Everyone is right.

Indefensible absolutes and schoolyard arguments, starting right... about... now.

I thought FSTB gave me 350Z-like handling

That R&D page is kind of an interesting read.

You know, their braces may be really strong, but in our 5th gens there's not a lot of clearance, making the flat bars more practical than these tubular ones.

But they sure do look tough.

I'll make it simple, Do these mods before you do a FSTB:

Shocks/springs
LTB
SFC
RSB
custom bracing

Then do a FSTB

I was designing a FSTB for us that attached to the fenderwall, but no one showed interest...so I said screw it

I'll bite... why that sequence, Drunkie?

Here's another thought for all those people who steadfastly maintain the FSTB is purely cosmetic: if the FSTB is your only suspension mod, you will probably feel the changes on turn-in. But as soon as you do something more significant, anything really, expect to lose touch with changes attributed to the FSTB.

cause all those mods make more of a difference more then a FSTB.

I never said FSTB does nothing, it just less significant. You can buy a LTB for $90 IIRC and it makes more of an Improvement then a FSTB and you can spend up to and more then $150 when can just buy an ebay one for much les

Any of those mods makes more of a difference. If your ride is stock, get a FSTB first, so you can enjoy it before it becomes marginalized by more effective suspension mods.

We're saying the same thing, just in opposite directions.
