4DSC decal on your 5th Gen
#244
When applied as an inside-window decal, (like the 7th gen OEM sticker) the glass tint will make it more subtle, except when in direct light, when it stands out nicely.

I'm pretty sure it's literally silver, as in RGB(192,192,192). More like the 09 on the left side of your sig photo.

Last I checked, erty67 has them for inside or outside, in white, silver and black. With a silver car (like me), if you're going to a decal adhered to the paint, then I'd go with white. If you're wanting the decal on the window, then I'd go with silver. But that's just my taste.

Seeing this thread get bumped reminded me that I needed to re-take the decal photos, because they were originally of the prototype. So I finally did that today. Here are the pictures, more accurately represented, and with better photography. (The old pics are gone, these replaced them.)

The silver is close to the 4th gen sterling mist color. Don't know if that helps. And like Rochester mentioned, they can be purchased for interior of exterior application.

This picture here is Rochester's 5.5 gen (that's me) and Erty67's 4th gen, side-by side at the hotel during Maxus2010. Well, almost side-by-side, not accounting for the fern. Anyway, I thought this was an appropriate shot, all things considered from this little decal project.
Good to actually meet you in person, Ed.

Excellent! That makes the bump worthy. I hope you're happy with the results.

But I seriously love your replies- they speak volumes.

While we're at it, it's a Ionic rear spoiler, not Iconic.

Always a pleasure to see you on the Org, Zero. You have a good eye for details, and I've always appreciated your input.

Personally, I think having one of these in his back seat window would put him over the top on the Coolness Scale. That is, assuming he hasn't already peaked.

Isn't it amazing how great minds think alike!
