help Adjusting the Camber on 95 maxima.

I've got two questions. one is i changed my tie rod ends inner and outter and did the alignment by eye. my question about this is should the wheel be dead in center and both front tires perfectly straight? or should both tires be slightly pointing outward or in ward? someone told me their not supposed to be adjust straight for some reason is this true? Thanks,

And another is where do i adjust the camber? mine is having a lot of positive camber and werarin the outside of the tire out fast i just wanna make it a bit straighter but dont know how to adjust it.

Thanks guys!

Check Advanced Suspension or Fourth Gen forums. They can probably help you a bit more than we can...
