Wheel Spacers on 5th Gen!!
Wheel Spacers on 5th Gen!!
Anybody running spacers on their 5th gens because of offset of wheels? Please respond!!!
I need to know what size is considered OKAY and what's considered too much.
Is 15mm in the front and 20mm for the rear considered OKAY without getting that GHETTO WIDE Stance?
WE DON"T WANT THAT!!
How Long or what size are the Lug nuts suppose to be?
I saw that someone on the forum was running with the above mentioned size but that was with a 4th gen, 5th gen any different?
Also include where to buy them, either online or mail order.
Thanks Gang!!

Re: Wheel Spacers on 5th Gen!!
First off, the size of the spacer is going to be determined by the offset of the wheel. A 15mm spacer may work if the offset of the wheel is like +50, but it's not going to work if it's a +35. The lug nuts are the exact same. Why would they change because you're running wheel spacers? You will have to put in longer wheel studs for 15mm spacers, but they are included in the kit. For 20mm on up spacers, they bolt onto your existing wheel studs and have new spacers built in. Be more specific about what you're trying to do. I have 1/4" and 5mm spacers on the front and back respectively. That's on my 4th gen though. The front is to clear my 300ZX brakes, and the back is just so that they match the front wheels.

I will have mine on shortly
I bought some 15 mm spacers for the rear tires. When I bought my rims I got the wrong offset. It looks ok in the front but the back tires are way in the wells! I got my 15 mm spacers from Hogan (yoitsok) a few months ago. They are H&R spacers and look like they are high quality. I am not sure what would work best for you....but hogan knows a lot about what looks good.
Now if I can just get my springs and spacers installed! Not a money issue....I can't find the time!
