hey guys i really need your help.... i went to start my 00 maxima today and i heard a metal hitting metal sound almost as if the car was on, and tried to start it again. I soon backed off and tried again, the metal sound came again and soon followed by a "fan motor noise". Don't know if it makes sense but now the starter sound normal for 1 second then a fan noise follows right after. Pretend you turn a small fan on, thats the noise i get when turning the starter now... Is it a fly wheel maybe starter??? really need your help on this one guys
