so i bought my 00 SE : )

everything is great but the only complaint i have is "Dam is the gauge cluster dimm!!!"

the gauges on my M are so bright! and stepping into this car makes me have to squint to see how fast im going.

now i was browsing some of the stickies and i saw that someone that had upgraded the gauge cluster lights on their 99 SE.

has anyone upgraded their gauge cluster lights on the 5th gen? any pics? links?

might get flamed for this thread (im assuming someone may have posted this question before) but maybe there are some other guys out there that might have forgotten about this cool mod, so lets show them too

First things first though, you've made sure the dial is all the way to the right at the maximum setting? My moms Murano gauges are really bright too, but I don't have to squint by any measure to read mine after hers...

Ok, I shudve been more clear; I was kinda exagerating....I can see the gauges at night, and i set the switch to maximum brightness.
I'm just used to my car so don't mind me *****ing lol.

i just ordered some Tein S-techs, i dont wanna shoot pics in 4x4 stance. but its a 2000 5spd charcoal SE with GLE package.

oh and it's got a 130k and the VIAS is working perfectely.

i had someone sit in the driver seat and rev the engine past 5k and i saw the little rod on the solenoid move. so everything seems to be good.

only other quirk with it (besides a dim cluster at night) , is the homelink on the visor doesn't work anymore. anyone know where to get this fixed?
