thinking about these...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-...Q5fAccessories
what do you guys think? anyone have pics with these installed?
i know ebay projectors are notorious for crappy output, but im not concerned with how bright they are, im going more for looks.

these would be going on a sterling mist with already blacked out headlights.

ive installed those on a friends max the output isnt all that bad and they look really good paired with the black angel eye heads ebay has. i was kinda surprised with them they seemed to be built fairly decent. he had them for about 6 months before they along with the heads were stolen, ill see if he still has pics tho

...

...for the retro. I've been in touch with hidillusionz to see if they can get a decent price on mini-projectors to go in the fogs.

I've seen pics only of the angel rings on the fogs lit up, they looked kind of dim (for the OP: I'll try to hunt those pictures down)

If the retro doesn't work out, perhaps one could open the angel-fog housing and remove the 'halo-ring'.

That video has some that are definitely brighter than the pics I saw before.

BTW, I was given a ballpark estimate ~$175-195 for the retro fogs...maybe a bit high for fogs but hey it's retro. (it would be 1/3 the price if you do it yourself)

They are from Maxima 6th gens too (on the right)

Pretty good cutoff with HIDs too

I'm retrofiting these into my Grand prix to have a little bit of maxima in my car LOL
