Changed Rims & Tires Now Alighnment Screwed??

Hi Guys!
I just swapped out my stock 16" 215/55/16 (I think) on my '01 gle with 17" Konig Tantrums with 235/45/17 Falken ZE-502 tires. I noticed now that the Alighment is really !#&@&!! Also, like if I break hard I notice the steering wheel turn also. I got an alighment last night, helped a little bit, but still is not like when I had the 16". Any ideas? Could they have tighten the wheels on too tight when they mounted them? Tires not balenced?

Try different stretches of road...often I have found that wider tires on this and previous vehicles can tend to 'track' into furrows, or other imperfections in the road itself.

on mine, if the pressure isnt quite equal in both front tires, it'll track differently, veer to one side. it's a longshot but worth a check
