confused: Guys, I'm back 6 months later. We dealt with the intermittent problem for 2 years and finally I took the advice of folks around and got a new lock/cylinder with 2 new chipped keys. Came in today, installed after a PITA on the second shear bolt on old cylinder, buttoned back up and.......

That's right, it doesn't start at all. It sputters strongly, but doesn't start. Never had that issue so I don't know what it is. Lights, stereo all come on, all connections good. I even put the old chipped key in line with the new one in case that was the issue.

Need your help more than ever.
