Maybe theres dust/dirt or something blocking the photo cell, making the car think its night time. try cleaning it or removing w/e blockage

I think thats the way its suppose 2 work because of them being HID (not sure tho) On my 00 maxx I think its 30 seconds for them to turn on and anotha 30 seconds to turn off.

45 seconds on 5.5 gens and every time you open and close doors getting out, it resets the timer. Apparently it can be adjusted using a Consult II at the dealer.

i have noticed my lights stay on when i dont turn my key all the way off.... lets say i shut the car off and leave it in the on position for a quick second and then turn the key all the way off and pull it out.... they will stay on in that case.

but i have learned to shut the auto lights off whenever i put the key just in the on position
