What do you mean the same thing? They used your photo in their E-bay ad?

they can show other people but are not allowed to use your photo to sell an item without the owners effective consent. Especially if the product that is on your car, was not bought from that particular seller...

here is mine. --> http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?p...ds=2007+maxima

that is my car they are using and i did not buy the product from them.

Hmm...this is happening to me too. Some ebay ad has my car with their watermark and headlights photophoped onto my car. I e-mailed and contacted them to tell them to take it down but haven't heard from them. I think its still up right now on ebay.

Don't know what else we can really do.

Demand a cut of the profit? Report it to eBay? Ask for a free/discounted item? Threaten to take legal action?

You pick.

Technically, all images uploaded to this site are the property of THIS site, so if you wanted a 'legal recourse' have the site admins go after the seller.

I'm looking for an extra grille. Keep me in mind if you want rid of the one they send you or want to off load your stock grille.

Quality is actually not bad. No fitment problems at all.

Did you just bolt it over your stock grille? Or did you remove the stock?

There's an awful lot unsaid with that "I guess".

I'm just going to come right out and say it, Roy: I don't like the grill. Maybe if you had more pictures, at various angles and lighting, I might warm up to it. But based on this picture alone, nuh uh.

As to your new CF hood; definitely need more photos to assess the looks on that one. But a lightweight hood gets a pass for intent anyway, in that you lightened your ride by... how much?

It goes in place of the stock grille.

I will take more pics once I get the rest of the body work done. It actually looks a lot better from further away with more lighting.
As far as the hood, it weighs about a third of the factory one. And more pics will be up soon...

That's a huge weight loss in percentages. What are we talking in lbs?

I bought one one of these grills too. Its so cheap you can't really go wrong. It looks really good on the car EXCEPT when light shines through it so you can see the horn radiator etc like in the picture he took. I'm assuming the flash lit up the area behind the grill.

I didn't weigh them, but I would guess the old hood weighs maybe between 60 to 70 lbs and the CF about 20

Wouldn't a quick application of some black spray paint help blend it in?
