power loss?

I got a 02 auto revs clean, no CEL light. no misfire. good fuel pressure. not over heating. torque convertor locks up. I get a big power loss when I hit gas any gear.

any ideas.

Maybe the VIAS. Run OK at part throttle below 3000 rpm or so but goes 'flat' when you ask for more?
