Cause of Vacuum leak?



I found this today when looking over the engine... I forgot the part that's needed here, I guess the original owner went cheap and never fixed that but bootlegged it up for a temporary fix.

What's the name of the part I need to fix this?

What are you referring to? The rubber hose going from PCV to elbow? Looks like it's missing a clamp.

Yes should I just replace the hose and clamp or only the clamp?

Just clamp it as long as the hose is not cracked, dry rotted, etc...
