ok so since ive purchased the vehicle about 6 months ago the alarm goes off randomly at various times but recently it seems like it goes off all the time as soon as i arm it ive had complaints from my neighbors cuz of nites it constantly went off, i checked the sensors the door ones seem fine, the one under the hood the wires that lead to it have been cut and i cant see where they went can this b causing the problem??? also i dont know where the trunk sensor is so i have no idea if that one is working properly. anyone have an ideas please help this is getting to b a real pain

 

Make sure all interior lights are turned off-left map light on and that happen to me

There's a hood sensor. If those wires are cut, then it's going to show a open circuit. Splice the wires together.

 

ur saying to splice both wires coming out of the sensor together? because i dont see any wires other then the ones coming out of the sensor itself
