14 mm deep socket and set of regualar metric sockets
Ratchet
Universal swivel joint
breaker bar
6" and 10" extensions
22mm open wrench for O2 sensors
anti-sieze compund
jack stands
floor jack
a friend or two
time and patience
plan on spending a bit of time under there getting the stock pipe out. It can be tough and is a bit heavy. Install it with another person... good luck, and have fun
