Custommaxima.com. Headers??

Has anyone had any experience with these people? Thinking about getting some headers because of the good price. I have a bad front precat and dint want to fork out 300 bucks for it. So I'm gonna go ahead and get some headers that delete the front precat. Just wondering about the quality of these.

THERE WAS A THREAD ON THIS LAST WEEK!!! Try searching. I'll sum it up anyway:

Anything you do to remove the pre-cats will give you gains. These custommaxima headers are "shorty" headers, and will not produce near the same gains as long tube headers (Cattman, OBX, Hotshot)... I believe it has not yet been determined if there are fitment issues with the custommaxima headers on a 5.5 gen, but I'm sure it's possible to put them on (OBX has fitment issues, but people find ways)... I don't know as to the durability and longevity of these headers, but as with most everything else, you usually get what you pay for. You will see SOME gains with these because you are eliminating the pre-cats, but don't expect the same gains/quality of Cattman, or even OBX.
