Where would one grease the endlinks? I'm assuming right over both threads?

Through the grease fittings, for those that have them.

What? No, use a grease gun over the fittings (nipples), and "pack" the boots with grease. It's kind of old school.

You may want to check other suspension pieces (i.e. wheel bearings, lower control arm, strut, etc...).[/QUOTE]

Yes i will be doing that because I do think more components might be worn out.

Ive been meaning to reply...

If you are experiencing free play in the suspension, the end links were the wrong place to look. I know you said you've checked everything, but you should've inspected the struts, strut mounts, tie rods (inner & outer), steering rack, LCA balljoints and LCA bushings. These points define suspension and steering geometry, and likely hold the source of your issues.

I'm curious. Just replaced the stabilizer links today, left and right sides, with a set of moogs from Advanced Auto.. I noticed that the hole in the control arm where the link mounts to the control arm is a lot larger them the threaded shaft itself. I checked the Hayes and FSM and did not see any indication of any type of bushing, nor was there one when I removed it. Curious if anyone else has seen this in their replacement of these parts?

That's normal for a stamped through-hole. Just ensure when you tighten the new MOOG endlinks they have adequate clearance to the control arm. The MOOG endlink's ball-joints are larger and can interfere with the control arm due to the through-hole's tolerances.
