Sounds nice lol. You running e-Manage Ultimate? If so do you have a raised rev limiter?

no raised rev limiter, but the emanage is in and was tuned, but due to the lack of a good tuner, the car is not running as hard as it is supposed to, its running uber rich and ive got a nasty hiccup that shows itself between 3500 and 4000 rpm, it pops up randomly and the car literally feels like i hit the brakes.

Sounds awesome! The closest my Max has been to running open headers was when I got my resonator taken out. Ignore the kid yelling in the background.

I've been tuning mine myself, AFR is pretty easy to do on the street but for maximum power you'll wanna get it on a dyno and optimize the Ignition curve.

...and rev limiter

I've been running open Y on my 5.5 gen for 2 weeks cuz my catback is broken and I've been waiting for my Cattman 3" (gets here tomorrow!!)... Anyway, it's soooooooo loud, I drive my wife's car whenever I can to to avoid ear damage ... But I had that hiccup around 4000 rpms once last week going WOT!! I thought it was my tranny at 1st cuz I have a 1-2 gear slip, but maybe it's just from running rich. That'd be a relief... And would make sense I think...

my flexpipe completely broke one day it was awesome, i always heard it leaking cause it was rusted then it came apart. it sounded soooo damn sick at high rpms i drove it like that for 3 months cause i didn't have money to fix it and it cost $120. it pulled wayyy harder and sounded sick at high rpms. i got it put on and the full stock exhaust it was sooo quiet and slow.

One of the very few place racing cold airs remaining, it's actually for a 5.5 gen but I made it work on mine for the most part.

Yah man it sux, because were both modded and running rich, which means the true feeling of the car/ motor is not being experienced. As soon as I find that damn tuner it's on like donkey kong.

I would love to hear it while driving. Engines always sound better when under a load.

^^He can if he wants to drive that far, but there is a guy named steve in Ft. lauderdale that installs and tunes emanage too. He's alot cheaper than japtrix and he's just as good if not better. Not saying anything bad about japtrix, but why drive so far when there's someone closer to home.

I dont have his number, but Alan (NiZmo101) should.
