Ok so the solenoid on my starter was shot and i got a new one replaced under warentee and i got this one in all happy ready to go and i turn the key......all it does is spinsssssss....bad starter?? i pulled out the starter gear slightly and reinstalled..it started the car....shut it off...attempted a restart....NOTHING just spins.....spring inside is shot isnt it??? someone let me know as im missing a day tommorow because of this

 

How many miles, A new starter might be in order here. If you have alot of mileage it might be worth it to get a new/ rebuilt one instead of just replacing the solenoid. Peace of mind!!!

 

i did replace it with a remaned....go figure the remaned belongs in the junk yard with my old one!!so today sometime by 8am this morning im suppose to bring my "new" started back and get another "new" one....well see h ow it goes...but the bendex seems to be garbage right now
