What color to paint my wheels?

The paint is starting to peel of the wheels and its ticking me off. so I want to repaint them. I paint cars for a living so I can pretty much paint it any color i want, I just dont know what would go well with the gray luster.

I dont want black I have a dark color on my sentra and while I like it, its not the look i want for the max. I dunno if i want bright silver, i am thinking of some kinda graphite/dark silver. I tried searching for wheels on gray lustre and I cant seem to find much. Any idea or pics would be helpful. BTW i will be painting the stock rims.

Here is the best pic i have

^ +1. But if you paint them gunmetal, make sure it's either much darker or much lighter than your car's paint, otherwise it could look like a bad color matching job. Unfortunately, I know from experience.

gunmetal would be a great color to match your car.

K11 is too close to my color.
I would have to see gunmetal on a car with a color similar to mine.
I have been looking around and i am thinking maybe nissan color code KY0. Its a clean slightly darker silver. It comes on the gtr ztune and a few other cars. I think that with a lighly smoked clear may look pretty good

K11 on GT-R wheels, and similar stock body color as yours. I understand if you don't want to match though.

I have been paint wheel for a long time never had an issue. Spray paint will look bad and wont last. I use the same paint and clear I use on the body of the car and i have no issues.
Plus i can paint them for free or pay about 400 for P/C Kinda a no brainer for me

fun metal would be ok, a polished finish would offset grey lustre the best

Since you have darker theme on the car, and clearly like dark wheels based on the Spec, I'd say a Graphite/Gunmetal. I'm a fan of silver wheels again, but when I had my G35C wheels, I sprayed them with Duplicolor Graphite Wheel Paint.

I love that shot. I have been wanting to get those wheels, but the previous owner of my car just installed brand new bfg kdws, so i cant justify getting rid of the.
I do like that color alot though

I'd say either polish them or try another 5th gen color like KYO or KT3

I have the same issue, and I can't decide either, but some online wheel shops have wheel simulators. You might try that, then you could see a number of different colors. I would like to have it blend with my car.

What color is the wheels on your car now?

I just bought a 2002 Maxima SE, and have a bad wheel. I have found a couple, but they want to know what color mine are. I don't know if they are light silver, bright silver or some other color of light silver. Mine look just like yours. What is the factory color of yours.

I painted the stock wheels on my 6th gen gunmetal...people just thought they were dirty all the time

I vote for a polished look, like the TE wheels
