Oem Front Hardware Kit $59 - Ridiculous

The local dealer quoted me $59 for the front hardware kit, I really only need shims (the person that had my car before put some junk pads in with embedded shims). Courtesy Nissan wants $50.90. I was looking at the Axxis metal master pads, but they don't come with shims. I looked at Rock Auto, Autozone, Advance Auto, but they don't sell shims. Any ideas?

Best option is to call DaveB (better discount for OEM) or go to local junk yard look for them or when someone parting out their car... all these 3 are cheaper than straight up dealer price.

Thanks. I just went and bought them from the stealership. I think they probably would be close to the same price with shipping from Dave B.

I was going to buy OEM front pads, but the stealership wants $97.00
What is going on here?

You must be new to dealerships :P
I do not buy anything from there unless I absolutely have to.

It is just that I had the car apart and did not want to wait days to mail order something and have it delivered. I just also realized that when I did the rear brakes I forgot to align the notches in the piston with the nub on the inner brake pad. Now I have to take the wheel off both sides and fix the piston positions.
