Clutch problems

so yesterday i installed my new clutch/flywheel setup(competition clutch 6 puck and fidanza flywheel). after the install i adjusted the clutch and took it for a ride. it felt pretty good, engaged very low. when i got back to the shop i got out, cleaned up my bay and changed up, when i got back to start the car i noticed that the free play was way too excessive and barely had any pressure till the floor, also it was very hard to get it in gear. i checked the fluid, not a drop lost. so i figured i needed to adjust it again so i did. it felt ok. then i drove home, showered up, then went to hop back in the max when i noticed i had no free play and the clutch wasnt engaging untill almost the top of the pedal, so i decieded to take my camry out. today i went to check it and the pedal went back to the floor again. i thought maybe somehow i got alittle air in the lines, so i tried to bleed it and couldnt, with the clutch fully depressed i can still wiggle the fork(the slaves not fully dissengaging the clutch). does any1 have any idea wtf is going on?
