Fed spec exhaust manifold vs. CA question....

im replacing the rear exhaust manifold but all i can find for sale used is Fed spec. i need a CA spec manifold. anyone know if there is a difference in the bolt pattern, 02 sensor location or what not that may not make it work?
a guy in the for sale section has one for sale but its fed and my car is a CA spec.
id rather not go brand new cause it'll be close to $95.

nm. i found out. for those who are interested, the rear manifold for the DE-k motors FED and CA spec are the same. its the front exhaust manifold that is different. could've saved myself 70 bux but its too late. already bought it.
