***BOOM***

No more speed limiter for me.

I'll post pictures tonight. If I'm nice, I'll even post which wires to splice into on the ECU.

BTW, I have a 2k automagic which supposedly shifts at 6000 rpm.

I don't have a speed limiter, i can go over 140 whenever i like. What i can't do is go above 6700 RPM's. I want to.

Kev--Is it possible to remove the engine limiter that stops me at 6700? When i shift out of first there is a little lag because 2nd gear is so big. I think if i can shift at 7 thousand, in 1st and then 6500 in second i can get a quicker 0-60. I have a 5 speed 2k1

A reprogrammed ECU should be able to get rid of your rev limiter... but no one has that out yet.

Have you worked on the rev limiter with the Impul ECU, Hogan?
