Grill burger removal?

Sorry if this has been discussed before but i couldnt find the thread. Im removing all the ugly gold package emblems that came with my 5.0 gen with some nice chrome badges. I know the trunk lid burger, maxima, and gle is held on by adhesive and you need heat and some fishing line. My question is how is the front emblem stuck on the grill? Is it also glue or tape, or is it clipped on somehow and how exactly can I remove it? Thanks guys

Its just a clip , tab at the top and tab at the bottom....Im not sure if you can get it out without taking off the whole grill....maybe I dunno , when I did mine I already had the whole grill off but that was just like two bolts as well to take out so pretty easy.

edit : oh its a 5th gen....errrrmmmm scrap what I said then....it might be different

^^ you have a 99.5% activity rate?!

BTW let me just put this thread to rest.

00-01. It's held on with double sided tape and I THINK it has two pegs for alignment. Definitely no clips. Can be removed from the front of the car.

*thats fine if you put it to rest, just reply to this*

Yes, you can reuse it for sure. I've done it about 3x. Just make sure to heat up the tape so you don't crack the emblem.
