Where is the joint connector for the fogs

Hey guys,
I have an '03 SE, and recently, I have been trying to troubleshoot my fogs. They worked when I got the car in August, but they, the orange side marker lights, and the clear light above the turn signals in front no longer work. Yesterday I had my car jacked up to change the oil pan, and decided to tackle the fogs as well while I was waiting for the RTV to dry.

I checked the relay box, and I DO have 5v on terminal 5 when the lights are on. According to the FSM, from the relay box, the Black/Orange wire goes to a "joint connector", then to each individual lens. For the life of me, I cannot find this connector to check it. Does anyone know where it is located? (yes, I HAVE searched)

Was this car modded to have to foglights illuminate off the parking lights? If so you'll be searching for the joint splice connectors. Maybe you should check the bulbs just incase the output side of the lights were tapped into....if the bulb false so does the circuit being feed from it too!

No signs of foglight modification from the previous owner. The connector for the foglights does NOT have +12v on it. Since the joint connector is the only thing that should be in between the relay and this connector, this is why I am looking for the joint connector

But that is a good point, I will check the bulbs next chance I get

I found that plug. I am looking for the connector where the single wire from e relay splits off into 2 wIres for the 2 different sides (driver and passenger fogs)
