yeap, that is why I dont believe in these $60-100 bulbs. Always buy the cheap $15-20 ones you see on ebay. Same crap as far as i am concered, I have tried them all, as long as you buy like 9005, 9006, H4, H7 bulbs you will be alright. Now H3 and H1 are a different story since the fact that it is a small azz bulb, it just cant seem to put out the color like its other sizes of 9005, 9006, H4, H7.

I've have PIAA Xtreme White H4s and PIAA Ion Crystal H3s for less than a month and I hope I don't run into the same problem you guys are having...

This might seem silly, but are you guys making sure you don't touch the bulb when you install it? I even cleaned them with rubbing alcohol and cotton ***** before putting them in.

But I dont have those problems anymore since I got 2k2 HIDs, but still have issues with getting a nice H3 color, but like I said, H3s just cant produce the color of its other sizes like 9005, 9006, H4, H7s

Don't get the Piaa's...I'm about as careful as you can get when it comes to installing the bulbs. Not only do I use latex gloves, if I find dust on the bulb, I clean it with special lint free alcohol wipes. The bulbs just suck! The Xtreme whites in my GF's car are still doing okay...but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the "white" turns to yellow. Try a different brand.

Will someone please find me a nice match for my HIDs for my fogs? I need some.

I'm on my second Maxima and my third set of PIAA Plasmas, they seem to last only 10-18k miles at best. PIAA have replaced them at no charge to their credit, still a pain. I find myself looking at the car in front of me to see if they are still working.

From our customers we've never heard many of these complaints, and even if
these things happen we cover our bulbs under a one year warranty.
We've had a couple every now and then blow out, but we never here of them
losing their white color. Some other brands lose their color because they
coat the bulb with a substance that can flake off, but with our bulbs it
uses a bulb that is actually tinted so the color cannot just flake off.
As for the bulbs that burn out quickly, most of this is caused by people
getting bulbs that are higher wattage. The higher wattage bulbs aren't
made for headlamps, so when people put them in they will burn out anywhere
between 3 to 8 months. I personally do most of our warranties so it's not
as though we never have problems, but for the thousands we sell each month
we probably only get less than 1 percent that blow out early.
From our testing we've found the average life of our H4 60/55 watt Super
White bulbs is between 2 to 3 years depending on amount of usage. Our
bulbs come with a one year warranty from any manufacturing defects, so if
the bulbs blows out or loses its color anywhere up to a year we'll cover
it. You will need to keep your receipt for proof of purchase, but as long
as you have it there it is very easy to get defective bulbs replaced.
Thank you,
